Case involved neglect of water slide regulations resulting in a personal injury.

For Plaintiff in the amount of $3,000,000.

In this case the attorney wanted to make clear just how confusing and disoriented the plaintiff was as she traveled down the twisting path of the water slide. Also the model clearly represented the impossibility for anyone in the exit zone of the slide to see what was coming. The lack of required safety staff, at both the entrance and exit of the flume, made this model beneficial to clearly demonstrate what the actual accident site portrayed.
